Olive Oils

All of our olive varieties are harvested early, pressed without delay, and sent directly to the mill. We use organic farming methods in our vineyard and have completed two steps of the certification process. In addition to other analyses, we have conducted pesticide tests and confirmed that there are no traces of agricultural chemicals.

Light and Fruity

This is our early harvest cold-pressed olive oil, which has low acidity, mild pungency, and a light taste that allows you to fully appreciate the flavor of olives. To get the best nutritional benefits, we recommend using it raw, but due to its lighter flavor compared to our other oils, it can also be used in hot dishes.

Acidity: 0.48%

Total biophenol value: 205 mg/kg

High Phenol

It is obtained through a special pressing method, with high polyphenol content and low acidity. It has a rich olive flavor and a pungency that is felt in the throat after swallowing. Research has proven the health benefits of consuming olive oils with high phenolic content, especially those containing 20g or more daily. Primarily, it helps strengthen the immune system, and in addition, it has positive effects on heart disease, rheumatism, and autoimmune disorders. We recommend consuming one tablespoon on an empty stomach every morning.
