Our Journey
The story of Mor Salkım begins with the twin siblings of an Ankara-based family developing an interest in winemaking at the same time. Our founder, Hasan Tahsin Erdemir, laid the foundations of Mor Salkım, but after some time, he was separated from us due to illness. However, the journey of Mor Salkım in Bodrum Çömlekçi continues strongly under the leadership of his twin brother, Melih Erdemir, and his wife, Zeynep Emel Erdemir.
2014-2015
After land preparation and planning, in 2015, 5,000 Shiraz, 5,000 Cabernet Sauvignon, 4,000 Merlot, and 2,000 Bornova Misketi vines were planted to prepare the vineyards.

The activities for the production facility and vineyard layout are ongoing to ensure that wine production is carried out in a château style, from fermentation to bottling, with on-site tastings available.
2018-2019
In order to increase the production capacity for cold wines that can be consumed locally, 3000 Bornova Misket, 2000 Sauvignon Blanc, 1000 Narince vines are planted. All permits are completed and the production facility with a capacity of 50000 bottles is put into operation.
